Processing Time

All Kunuku bracelets are handcrafted to order. Our typical processing time is 1 - 3 business days. This means your order will be made and prepared for shipment within this timeframe. Processing times are subject to change. 

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

Within the United States:
USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days
USPS Priority: 2-3 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

International:
Standard International Shipping: 1-3 weeks 
Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days

International Shipping (DDU)

For international orders, we use Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the buyer, are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be levied upon arrival in your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or high package volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim and issuing a replacement (if applicable).
