Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Please note that due to the unique nature of our business, where every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

In accordance with EU consumer regulations, the 14-day Right of Withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Because every Kunuku piece is custom-made and engraved to order, all sales of personalized items are final once fulfillment has begun.
